The first Monarchy house was built in 1983 by Peter Walia. Peter’s goal was to build a home that he would be proud to call his own. That tradition has continued within the Monarchy team as we built homes for over 100 families over 3 decades. Monarchy continues to be a family run business with a focus on quality and fine craftsmanship of homes we would be proud to call our own.
